Kladija Daniels, MBA, NASM Certified Trainer Kladija Daniels is a personal training and nutrition coach that started her love for health and fitness after gaining nearly 20 pounds 10 years ago. She has always had a desire for athletics and fitness. She is dedicated to changing lives through real food and real fitness.

She focuses on straightforward, sincere, and unbiased health and fitness coaching that allows others to adopt a healthy diet and active lifestyle that allows individuals to be their best self physically and mentally, while teaching them how to eat for life! She is passionate about helping others to feel good about themselves and getting their glow back in life.
